On June 20 this year workers Feliciano Hernández Peña, Melquiades Padilla Vázquez, Patricia and Margaret Castor Villegas Salinas Rivera, who were carrying out in high school Quartermaster Emiliano Zapata (Milpa Alta) of IEMS DF, were dismissed by the Mils SA de CV, a phantom company for which the Federal District government evades recognition of labor rights through the neoliberal model of outsourcing. The only "crime" of workers was defending their labor rights through the work stoppage by employees of stock quartermaster above on 15 July, the dismissal of workers is a cowardly retaliation made by the company Mils SA de CV in cahoots with the authorities of the AIMS and is particularly malicious because it was made in the holiday period in order to avoid response the workers on campus.
The Federal District Government (GDF) subcontracted workers quartermaster, unaware of their rights at work, keeping workers in squalid conditions required to perform work that we are entitled to work for which they were hired and are denied the basic right to raise your voice at a salary of two thousand dollars a month. It is a shame that a government that boasts left and progressive, rather than recognize the labor rights of all workers, turn to neoliberal schemes despicable and deeply anti-labor such as triangulation, which involves the outsourcing, in this case with the company MILS SA de CV
The Union of the Union Workers of the Institute of Higher Secondary Education (SUTIEMS) requires the immediate reinstatement of the dismissed workers and the recognition of the employment relationship by the authorities of GDF and IEMS, likewise calls for solidarity to the student workers' organizations and peasants.
