ASSEMBLY CALL CAMPUS TLALPAN II


By agreement of the General Council of Representatives and the Executive Committee of the Union of the Workers Union of Upper Secondary Education Institute of the Federal District (SUTIEMS ) and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 23, 24, 52 and 53 of our Constitution, we are asking all union members, assigned to the campus "Otilio Montano (Tlalpan II) WHEREAS





• That the October 27, 2009 was called all the workers belonging to SUTIEMS Campus Tlalpan II, "Otilio Montano, to attend the Association of Campus Assembly to be held on Tuesday, November 3 this year, to elect a new representative of academic workers, with a deputy,

• That the Assembly Roster Association could not be carried out due to lack of quorum whereas Article 23 of our statutes provides for the election of representatives per school is required at least two-thirds of union members on campus,

• That this situation will be necessary to reconvene affiliated academic workers the SUTIEMS on campus to attend the Association of Campus Assembly to elect their representative, considering that in this second call for the assembly to be valid will be considered a quorum requiring regular meetings, corresponding to 50% more 1 of the members,

A Campus Union Assembly "Otilio Montano (Tlalpan II) to be held on Tuesday November 10, 2009 from 12:30 pm in the Board Room of the Campus, it will develop its work under the following:


Agenda:


· Registration of participants 12:30 hrs 12:45 hrs
· Installation table discussions and declaration of quorum
· 13:00 pm Nomination of candidates for the post of deputy principal representative
and members of academic workers the SUTIEMS
· 13:15 hrs Election of representatives
· 13:45 hrs Closing


Procedure:

The choice of representative and alternate members of the academic workers SUTIEMS campus for the CGR is as follows:

a) The Association of Campus Assembly must be present at least 50% plus 1 of members.

b) install the table for discussion, which should consist of a President of Debates, a Clerk and two tellers.

c) After verifying the number of attendees, the Clerk shall make the declaration if there is a quorum and, in this case, declare the assembly installed.
